We were very happy with customer service, selection, and could tell that the owners really cared about us and wanted us to be happy with what we picked. We have done 2 flooring projects with House 2 Home and will be going back for future flooring projects needed in our home. We really like the fact that Mark, the owner of House 2 Home is out in the field as well as doing measurements and such. Top notch staff. We have always dealt with Michael for sales but anyone else that I have contacted for questions has gone above and beyond. The whole staff goes above and beyond. They also make you feel at home when you are there purchasing or just browsing. They are not pushy and in your face which is another plus to me. We went to several other flooring places before House 2 Home and the other carpet stores wanted you to walk out with the sale completed and that’s not how I do things. I always want to make sure I am getting the most bang for my buck and House 2 Home was the place for that. They make sure the job is done the day they come for install and that you are satisfied with the install before they leave. I have never written a review about a company but felt this is much needed for them. Also, our new puppy tore up a patch of the new carpet and they came out to fix it promptly. Mark did such a great job on the patchwork that it doesn’t even look like the accident happened. We would rate them higher then 5 stars if we could. I could keep going on about how great they are but I’m sure you get it by now. Keep it up, Mark and team. We will be seeing you guys soon again. Thank you for all your hard work!

The owner, Mark, and his able assistant, Logan, did a fabulous job installing about 1000sq ft of luxury vinyl tile. They took off shoe base, then replaced and caulked it–looks like it was its original paint. When Mark and Logan left each day, the work area was spotless and organized. Mark gave great estimates of when he would return and when he would be done each day. Mark’s sales staff, Christina and Stacy–were also great to work with answering questions and helping with the schedule. They manage the pretty showroom beautifully. This is a small business that you must contact for any and all flooring needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought carpet from house 2 homes in April of 2017. The installers did an incredible job and the office is extremely good at designing and making sure everything flows well.
Today 10-22-18 my parents had carpet put in and once again 11/10 rating on the service and installation.
Excellent place to buy from. I will never go anywhere else to buy flooring.

They have a HUGE selection of all types of flooring. There was absolutely no pressure in sales, only helpfulness. Sadie and Candy were wonderful in helping me choose! Mark, Logan, and Tyler did a beautiful and professional install. Now I have gorgeous new LVT flooring in my entryway, stairs, living room, kitchen, and hallway. I highly recommend House 2 Home.

Just a quick note to say thanks to house 2 home carpet for a great job on the carpet for our rental property. The new carpet looks great and the total price including removing the old stuff – previous renters had some badly behaved pets! – was reasonable and competitive with the big box store. We were so happy you came out promptly and got the job done.
We would recommend your services and will definitely call next time it needs to be done.
Update o House 2 home they came out now and did our basement it looks so great no more cold feet hahaha and then we got the bid from the other guys it was twice as much so we know we got a great deal again…thanks candy and mark….in the fall we’ll be calling about one or two of the bedrooms…!
